Tourist tax:
The tourist tax of €2.30 per person (over 14 years of age) is added to the total cost and is applied for each night of stay.
Pets:
Upon request, pets are allowed with a supplement of €15.00 per day. Guests commit not to leave the pet alone in the apartment and to compensate for any damage caused by the pet. Before departure, an inspection will be carried out to verify any damage.
Payment methods:
Upon confirmation of your reservation, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the reservation amount within 4 days. The reservation is considered final and confirmed only after payment of the required deposit and our written confirmation. If the deposit is not paid within the specified time, we reserve the right to tacitly cancel the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid the evening before departure, by credit card, debit card, or cash (Euros only, for a maximum amount of €4,999.99). Payment by bank transfer must be made 2 days before departure and payment by check must be made on the day of arrival.

Cancellation conditions:
For late arrivals, early departures, or unoccupied beds, the price will be charged as per the confirmed reservation.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be retained. In case of cancellation less than 21 days before the arrival date, the full reservation amount must be paid. In case of late arrival, early departure, and/or non-occupancy of reserved beds, the total cost of the reservation will be charged. We recommend taking out travel insurance with your insurance company to cover any cancellation costs.
Check-in and check-out:
The apartments are at your disposal from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the day of arrival. In case of arrival after 9:00 PM, please kindly notify us in advance. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartments by 9:00 AM.
House rules:
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. We value waste separation and kindly ask you to contribute. Guests must inform the owners of the arrival of any visitors who are not staying at our property. Guests are requested not to enter the apartments with ski or trekking boots. Please use the premises and equipment with care, as if it were your own home; any damage must be reported and compensated. After 10:00 PM, please respect night-time quiet hours to ensure the comfort of all guests (radio, TV, and conversations at low volume).
